Halberd, “Mongoose”
 
     Based on the well-known “Lochaber” axe, this fast and agile halberd is a fantastic tool for full-contact steel-fighting, and is designed for medieval combat and buhurt sport. Historically, this halberd would have a hook on the backside, but it is not allowed in buhurt sport.
One of the advantages of this toy is the shape: it’s extremely hard to catch/disable, and it rarely gets stuck after the hit, allowing you to easily get it back to distribute more buhurt love. :)
Made following HMBIA and IMFC rules.
Has shaft reinforcement using thick, glued, cotton wire and linen tape to protect and extend its life for maximum bro-bashing enjoyment.
Shafts can be made in different types of wood: beech / ash / or, composite with bamboo.
