Make no mistake, simply because the word “soft” is used in the description, this training gear is anything but little kid stuff. The weight of each of these items simulates their real-life counterpart to a slightly lesser degree, meaning the workout for steel is comparable. Serious force can be generated with these training items, making for intense workout sessions. Proper protection, and/or at the very least - caution and courtesy are highly recommended. (Hell, you could even be chivalrous!)

Soft Fist protection: Durable, soft fist protection that offers total coverage of the hand during soft training.
